I just wanted to take the time to commend Michelle for doing a wonderful job in customer service & satisfaction. Michelle gave me the personal attention I needed along with taking the time and effort to make sure I can afford a new central air system for my home. Michelle goes above and beyond her job duty by making her customers feel important enough to listen, answer questions, find the best solutions, and finding the answers to questions she cannot answer. I truly and honestly have to add that Michelle is a rarity on customer satisfaction.
