John came to our house to explain CAT exteriors. John went through who CAT are and their experience. John walked us through the steps and assisted us in picking out the colors for our home. Great job, like talking with family!
AC upgrade
Our home has an older AC unit. Unfortunately the unit and panel is not designed or big enough for our 2300 sq ft home. Ehh .. fuses would pop whenever we used the AC when it’s over 95 degrees outside. Chalmer came by and walked us through the process. There was no pressure and Chalmer was able to lower the price / and APR. What helped make our decision to choose CAT Exteriors is that they are licensed and bonded, A+ rating with BBB, great warranties and the cost to replace our system is tax deductible! There was no down payment needed. There was no fico score check.. Overall the process was great. Chalmer was pretty cool, very professional, on time, detailed and did not pressure or try to add additional add ons.. Will recommend and will write another review after the install.

Outstanding customer service. We received immediate response to our A/C needs. Chalmer went above and beyond to help provide us with much needed A/C. Our home was well over 95 inside he stayed over two hours assisting us to replace our A/C unit. We are very Grateful. We highly recommend Chalmer Lumary and Cat Exteriors.

My mom set up an appointment to try to get a new HVAC system. Chalmer came out and really took his time explaining the benefits of a new system, and was so patient and helpful, and prepared. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had a great experience with AJ talking about what type of patio cover was needed for my backyard. Most definitely a reasonable price and their was no pressure to sign just the need for a quality product and service.
